Palmer LTER Community Philosophy
The Palmer Long Term Ecological Research Project embraces all among our principal investigators, postdocs, students, technicians, and collaborators across our collaborative institutions. We accept all races, nationality, ethnicity, age, gender, sexual orientation, language, religion, disability and/or health status, gender identity/expression, veteran status, geographic origins, and socio-economic status. We strive to embrace the perspectives that come from different backgrounds, expertise, and experiences. Our science is enriched by a broad range of approaches and contributions. From these we all learn and cultivate new capabilities and collectively, our best and most accessible scientific advances, outreach engagements, and education experiences possible.
